The Campo Abierto Cava is produced using the traditional method, also known as the “Champenoise” process, with grape varieties like Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. This artisanal technique, honed over 150 years, results in a sparkling wine that is fresh and vibrant, with dominant notes of apple, pear, and almonds.
